This mask is not for sleeping. The headband with bluetooth headphones is suitable for running or cycling. A very ideastic gadget. Works well. The sound is not prompty, but sufficient for sports. To charge, you need to remove all electronics from the inside of the wristband. It could be tighter because it's a bit loose and I don't know if it will fall off in my motion.
